Why did you create the Performo Entrepreneurial System (PES)™?
The idea behind PES™ was born in 2016 after years of working across multinational corporations, scale-ups, and small and medium-sized businesses.
Despite their differences, I kept seeing the same pattern.
Large organisations had strong management systems, but often lacked the agility to adapt quickly.
Smaller businesses had passion, speed, and entrepreneurial spirit, but relied too heavily on the founder. As they grew, complexity increased, decisions slowed down, and the business became increasingly dependent on one person.
I realised entrepreneurs didn’t need another management methodology. They needed an operating system designed specifically for the realities of growing businesses.
That’s why I created the Performo Entrepreneurial System (PES)™.
Since 2016, it has continuously evolved by combining the discipline of enterprise with the agility of entrepreneurship, giving founders a practical way to align strategy, develop people, improve execution, and build businesses that can scale with confidence.
